Kathy provides her clients with a "Wish List" to give her an idea of the style of images that best suits each bride. She goes over the layout of your Wedding Day so she can create a Photography Time Line for you to share with friends and family. Everyone will know when they will be needed for photos.

Travel Fees?
Kathy Garcia Photography will travel up to 30 miles from
the studio location at no additional charge.
Travel Fees will apply beyond 30 miles using the suggested Federal Guide.
Currently it is 55 cents per mile.
Payments:
We cannot "pencil you in or hold" your Wedding date
without a signed contract.
A retainer is required to hold your date & is due at contract signing.
Payment plans are available. We will find one that works for you!
Please note, there is a $50.00 fee on returned checks.
All packages are subject to Ky Sales Tax and is not included in package prices.
